2. Services

We provide ticket booking services for Kilmainham Gaol Museum, including guided tours of the historic prison and access to museum exhibitions.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference
  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified
  • Tours are released 28 days in advance

4. Visitor Conduct

  • Visitors must follow all instructions from museum staff
  • Photography may be restricted in certain areas
  • Large bags and backpacks may need to be stored
  • Respectful behavior is required at all times
  • The museum reserves the right to refuse entry

5. Tour Information

Access to Kilmainham Gaol is by guided tour only. Tours last approximately 1 hour, and visitors should allow 90 minutes for the complete experience including museum access.

Late arrivals may not be accommodated. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The museum is a historic building with uneven surfaces, steep stairs, and narrow passages. Visitors participate at their own risk. We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from visitor negligence
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Tour cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
