The OPW presents a new exhibition of secret photographs taken in Kilmainham Gaol in 1921 during the War of Independence.
This unique exhibition showcases previously unseen photographs taken secretly by prisoners during their incarceration. These images provide a rare glimpse into daily life within the gaol during one of the most turbulent periods in Irish history.
